Standard shipping – €12
All orders received before 2pm any working day will be shipped that day. Shipping is offered on a next working day basis, however, this cannot be guaranteed and is handled by a third-party – Fastway Courier. Tracking details are included in your order information and also can be provided upon request.
Returns
For online purchases, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return. This additional returns policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies for faulty goods.
Returned goods must be as received, i.e. suitable condition for resale and in original packaging
For change-of-mind returns under our additional 30-day policy, customers are responsible for arranging and paying return postage unless otherwise agreed. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where available. You may also notify the courier, but this is not a condition of your statutory rights.
